Mrs. Trish Dickinson became the Director of District Services in 2024. Before that, Mrs. Dickinson was an Instruction Coach at the Middle School and High School for the last 9 years. Trish began her teaching career in 2000 at Rolling Green Elementary in Urbandale, Iowa where she taught 4th Grade.  In the past 25 years of education, she has taught at Adel-DeSoto-Mindurn, Diagonal, and St. Malachy before landing in the Creston District as a 4th-grade teacher at Creston Elementary from 2007-2014. 

Mrs. Dickinson graduated from Diagonal High School in 1995 before attending Southwestern Community College. She went on to Buena Vista University to complete her Elementary Education degree. Trish completed her Master’s Program in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University. Trish and her husband, Doug, are a blended family of 5 children Karly, Aleah, Dylan Calvin, and Grace and Max Dickinson.  Trish enjoys traveling, attending athletic events, and spending time with her family.
