CHANGE FOR CCHS Pub with Jostens. This year the company is asking us to confirm our yearbook number by May 1. This is a new practice.

We want everyone to be informed of the change and how it could impact yearbook purchases. We have a contract for a specified number of yearbooks. We will NOT order anything beyond this number in order to be fiscally responsible.  If we sell more than our contracted number by May 1st, we will have enough books for those who ordered; if we exceed the contracted number AFTER May 1st, there will be no guarantee that a book will be available. The website will indicate that purchasers at that point will be on a wait list, we believe. 

What does this mean to the yearbook purchaser, if you know you want a 2025 yearbook, you MUST order before May 1st to be guaranteed a yearbook. Once we've sold the contracted number of yearbooks, it will be over. There will be no guarantee at that point that we will have yearbooks available to purchase.
